❖ If you experience an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions. Please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment.
❖ Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

❖ We do not refund on services, however, if you have any concerns with the service you received. Please let us know within 2 days we can fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
❖ We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

❖ Please call ahead if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you but will likely have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
❖ Appointments will be CANCELLED, and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.
❖ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged.
❖ Any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date.
❖ Same-day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice, we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.
